Career Preparation
Gainful employment provides an important link to financial independence,
health insurance, benefits, self-esteem and social relationships. Statistics show high school students with special needs who work in high school are 90% more likely to work beyond high school, compared to 40% who don't. We provide programs and training to help prepare middle and high school students with special needs build usable workplace skills and behavior.

Pre-Career Transition Assessment & Training

By turning a classroom into a work lab the mimics an actual work setting, we help you create a safe and realistic environment where individuals with neurodiverse traits can safely assess real-world job functions and skills. Additionally, the lab provides learning modules that each "employee" is to collect the task requirement and attempts to complete it. Each level increases in complexity and difficulty, thereby providing a skill assessment. What's more, is the "employee" gets an actual feel for whether or not they enjoy the job function. Thus, in the end, there are data points indicating level of aptitude and interest across at least five different job sectors and over 1,000 different real world job functions.
