How we're different
It all begins with the child, the parents, and educators feeling seen and heard. We utilize evidence-based scientific behavioral principles plus real life experience to develop systems and solutions in various environments and settings: home, school, work, and social. An important key for us is that we emphasize genuine human connection with each individual. This enhances our ability to teach skills and create positive rapport. We are then able to duplicate, replicate, and scale these same methods as needed.

CHRISTINE MANNING
M.Ed, BCBA, LBA, Owner
Christine is commonly referred to as the "ABA Whisperer" (though she'd never say it herself). In addition to her Master’s degree in Special Education and being a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), two of five her children have special needs. Christine knows that secret formula to help children feel safe and heard, thus children that work with her and her staff feel loved and it makes a difference in the outcomes.
Additionally, Christine has a passion for helping administrators, teachers, and parents work effectively with children who demonstrate challenging behaviors and does so using evidence-based intervention and loving methods. Currently, Christine works as a behavior and special education consultant for schools in Wyoming and Utah and contracts with Wyoming State Board of Education, Wyoming State Board of Health, and Utah State Center for Schools of the Future Behavior Consultation and Support Team. She is also a frequent (and popular) speaker at various special needs-centric conferences throughout the West and enthusiastically teaches the next generation of educators and parents how to reach children of this oft overlooked group.
Christine consults with families, educators, and leaders to support children of all ages who have disabilitie. She is lovingly passionate about helping people with disabilities to be "seen" and live happy, fulfilling lives.
