By implementing specially designed tools and programs, we are able to guide & prepare students, who receive special eduacation services, for productive career paths, thus increasing their professional potential and lead fulfilling lives performing real job tasks and functions which have been identified as appealing and have proven capacity to perform.

The truth is, this isn't as easy as the job description makes it sound. We provide the training that empowers special education teachers and job coaches to effectively connect with students and staff to provide the job skill development that will bring permanent, positive change.

As a caregiver, your role is vital. But let's be honest, we were not raised with the skills needed to best support the needs of our neurodiverse children. We share our decades of real-world experiences along with data-driven research to help you better understand and communicate with your child. Studies indicate 1 in 31 people are diagnosed as neurodiverse today and other studies show that in proper work environments, these populations are 20-30% more effective with higher job performance.
